Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of BFTX Sosmed ("the Service"), operated by BFTX Creative Agency ("BFTX", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service lets authorized users plan content and publish it, at a time they choose, to the Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts they connect.

2. Accounts and authorization

You need a login issued by BFTX. You may only connect platform accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for keeping your login confidential.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep all rights to your content. You allow BFTX to store, process and transmit it only as needed to publish it where you choose.
• You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, including music, images and the likeness of people who appear in it.
• You must follow the rules of each platform: the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Instagram Terms of Use, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
• When you publish to TikTok you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy. You must disclose commercial content where the platform requires it.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful content, spam, or to infringe anyone's rights.

4. YouTube

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Platform decisions

Platforms may reject, limit, slowly process, restrict the visibility of, or remove content, and may change their APIs. BFTX does not control these decisions and cannot guarantee that a post will be published or stay online.

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BFTX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the Service or from actions taken by the platforms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
